Commenting on the EU Commission Green Paper "Restructuring and anticipation of change: What lessons to be learned from recent experience" Eurociett Managing Director Denis Pennel said:
"The Green Paper fails to register the contribution private employment services can make in restructuring Europe's labour markets and in facilitating adaptation to cyclical and structural changes. In particular, the potential benefits of public private partnerships in employment services is overlooked."
The Commission Green Paper is available online.
